Mobile App Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Mobile App Privacy Policy explains how Express Services Group, Corp (“Express Services Group,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in the mobile applications we publish: TowMile, TowMile Driver, and NadTech Driver (each, an “App”). It supplements our website Privacy Policy. If a term conflicts, this policy governs for the Apps.

Summary

  • We collect only what an App needs to do its job — your phone number to sign you in, your location to provide the service, and (for some Apps) photos or documents you choose to attach.
  • We do not sell your personal data. We do not use third-party advertising networks or advertising identifiers.
  • You can delete your account and data at any time — see Account & Data Deletion.

TowMile (customer app)

On-demand roadside assistance and towing. Data we collect:

  • Phone number — to create your account and sign you in with a one-time passcode (SMS), and to connect you with a service provider.
  • Name — to identify you to the provider you request.
  • Precise location (while using the app only) — to dispatch the nearest provider and show an accurate ETA. We do not collect your location in the background.
  • Photos (optional) — if you choose, a photo of your vehicle so the provider can find you. Attached to your service request.
  • Service request details — service type, pickup location, and timestamps.

TowMile does not collect payment information — you pay the provider directly.

TowMile Driver (provider app)

Used by roadside-service providers. Data we collect:

  • Phone number — to sign you in (one-time passcode) and connect job calls.
  • Name and business name — shown to customers you accept jobs from.
  • Precise location, including in the background — to match you with nearby jobs and keep you visible to customers while you are “online.” Background location is collected only while you are online/on duty; going offline stops it.
  • Photos — vehicle and damage documentation you attach to job records.
  • Job activity — jobs offered, accepted, and completed.

NadTech Driver

A business/fleet app for drivers of carriers that use the NadTech Suite dispatch platform. Data we collect:

  • Phone number — to sign you in (one-time passcode) and link you to your assigned loads.
  • Name — to associate you with assigned loads.
  • Precise location, including in the background — shared only while you have an active load, so the dispatcher and shipper can see live shipment progress. Location sharing stops when no load is active.
  • Documents you upload — proof of delivery, bills of lading, and receipts (photos or PDFs) you attach to a load. These may contain names, addresses, and signatures.

What we do not collect

Across all Apps we do not collect your contacts, calendar, call or SMS logs, browsing history, health or biometric data, or advertising identifiers, and we do not include third-party advertising SDKs.

How we use your information

  • To provide the service you request and connect the right parties to complete it.
  • To verify your identity at sign-in and secure your account.
  • To operate, support, and improve the Apps and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

How we share information

We share personal data only as needed to run the service, never for sale:

  • Between the parties to a job — e.g., a TowMile customer and the provider they request see each other’s first name and phone number to coordinate; a NadTech load’s location and documents are visible to the carrier’s dispatcher and the shipper for that load.
  • Service providers (processors) acting for us — cloud hosting for our application servers, and SMS providers that deliver one-time passcodes. They may process data only on our instructions.
  • Legal — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.

Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account we remove your personal data, except records we must retain for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes, which we keep only for the period required and then delete. See Account & Data Deletion.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections and stored on access-controlled servers. Sign-in sessions are protected on the device. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Our Apps are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@expressservicesgroup.com or delete your account in-app.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post changes here with a new “Last updated” date.
