Managed IT services in Sacramento, CA

You should not have to think about IT until something is broken — and then it should already be fixed. A flat monthly plan covers the machines, the accounts, the email and the cloud your business runs on, with someone accountable for all of it.

What is included

  • HelpdeskEmail, chat or phone. A real engineer answers, with remote access to fix it on the spot. Business hours standard; extended coverage available.
  • Monitoring & patchingServers, workstations, websites and cloud services watched around the clock. Operating system and application updates applied on a schedule, not “when someone remembers”.
  • Backups you can restoreLocal plus off-site, encrypted, with a restore test on a calendar. A backup that has never been restored is a hope, not a plan.
  • Email & identityGoogle Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration, MFA, onboarding and offboarding, spam and phishing filtering, SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
  • Website & domain careWordPress updates, uptime checks, SSL, DNS and registrar management for every domain you own.
  • Vendor managementWe deal with the ISP, the printer company, the software vendor and the hosting provider so your staff do not have to.

What this looks like in practice. We run this exact stack for a group of transportation and logistics companies: WordPress sites on managed hosting with weekly backups and cache management, Google Workspace with hardened mail authentication, a self-hosted business platform with hourly backups to two locations, a private VPN for remote staff, and uptime monitoring that emails before a customer notices. The same playbook applies to most small businesses.

How onboarding works

  1. Inventory (week 1). Every device, account, domain, subscription and login documented in a password manager you own.
  2. Stabilize (weeks 2–4). Patching, MFA, backups and monitoring in place. The known problems fixed.
  3. Run. Monthly report: tickets, uptime, patch status, backup tests, and the recommendations we think are worth the money — and the ones that are not.

Pricing

A monthly plan sized to your headcount and devices, with the initial inventory as a one-time fee. Send your headcount and we will reply with a number, not a sales call.

Frequently asked questions

Do you come on site?

Yes, for Sacramento-area clients when hands are needed — new hardware, network changes, an office move. Day to day, remote is faster for you and cheaper for us, so that is the default.

We already have someone who “does IT”. Can you work alongside them?

Yes. Many clients keep an internal person for day-to-day questions and use us for monitoring, backups, security and the projects that person does not have time for.

What if we are locked into another provider?

We will review the contract, tell you what the transition involves, and plan the handover for when it ends. Documentation and credentials are yours from day one with us.

Do you support Macs and Windows?

Both, plus Linux servers, iOS and Android devices, and the usual mix of cloud services in between.
