How a project runs
- Discovery (1 week). We write the requirements document with you — screens, roles, data, integrations, what is out of scope. You keep it whether or not you hire us.
- Architecture. Data model, stack, hosting and a milestone plan with a price for each milestone.
- Build in weekly increments. A staging URL from the first week. Automated tests, code in your repository, no lock-in.
- Launch and 30-day support window. Monitoring, error tracking and backups configured before go-live. After that, a monthly support plan if you want it.
Pricing
Fixed price per milestone for well-defined scope; monthly retainer for ongoing product work. You get a written estimate after discovery, and it does not move unless the scope does.

Who owns the code?
