Cloud & DevOps services

Most cloud bills are too high and most deploy processes are too manual. We fix both: infrastructure that is written down, deployments that happen on every merge, and a monthly bill that matches what you actually use.

What we do

  • Cloud migrationMove from a single server, shared hosting or an aging data center to Cloudflare, AWS, Azure or GCP — with a rollback plan and no weekend outage.
  • CI/CD pipelinesGitHub Actions or GitLab CI: test, build, deploy to staging, promote to production. Mobile builds through EAS for iOS and Android.
  • Containers & orchestrationDocker for everything, Kubernetes only when the workload earns it. Plenty of businesses are better served by a well-run VM and a process manager.
  • Infrastructure as codeTerraform and wrangler configs in the repo, so the environment can be rebuilt from scratch and reviewed like any other change.
  • Edge & serverlessCloudflare Workers, Pages, D1/KV/R2 and Email Routing for sites and APIs that cost close to nothing to run.
  • Cost optimizationRight-sizing, reserved capacity, storage tiering, killing zombie resources. Often the first review pays for itself the same month.

What we run ourselves. Our own products span the spectrum: static and edge sites on Cloudflare Pages and Workers, Next.js apps on Vercel, and a production SaaS on a self-managed Linux host with Postgres, pm2 and hourly off-site backups. We have migrated WordPress sites to Cloudflare, moved APIs from shared hosting to VPS, and replaced ad-hoc FTP deploys with pipelines — for clients and for us.

Typical engagements

  1. Cloud readiness review (1–2 weeks). Inventory, dependencies, risks, a target architecture and a migration plan with costs. Fixed price.
  2. Migration project. Executed in phases: replicate, cut over, verify, decommission. DNS and email are handled carefully — that is where most migrations go wrong.
  3. Pipeline build-out. From “deploy by hand” to tested, reviewable, one-click releases in about two weeks for a typical web app.
  4. Ongoing DevOps. A monthly block of hours for upgrades, monitoring, on-call and cost reviews.

Frequently asked questions

Which cloud should we use?

The one your team can operate. For most small and mid-size businesses that is Cloudflare for edge/static workloads plus one of AWS, Azure or GCP — or a well-managed VPS. We are not tied to a vendor and will say so when the expensive option is not needed.

Will migration cause downtime?

Planned correctly, no. We replicate first, cut over during a low-traffic window with DNS TTLs lowered in advance, and keep the old environment available for rollback until verification is complete.

Do we need Kubernetes?

Usually not. Kubernetes is the right answer for many services and many teams. For one or two applications, Docker on a VM or a managed platform is cheaper and easier to operate.

Can you reduce our current cloud bill without re-architecting?

Often yes: unused resources, oversized instances, unattached storage and missing reserved capacity are common. We start with a read-only cost review and give you the list.
