Common questions

  • I didn’t get my sign-in code. Check that your phone number is entered correctly and your device has signal, then tap “Resend.” Carrier delivery can take a minute.
  • Location isn’t working. Make sure location permission is enabled for the app in your phone’s Settings. TowMile and the driver apps need location to provide the service.
  • I want to delete my account. See Account & Data Deletion.
  • Privacy questions. See our Mobile App Privacy Policy or email privacy@expressservicesgroup.com.
