Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your account and personal data from the apps published by Express Services Group, Corp: TowMile, TowMile Driver, and NadTech Driver. You can request deletion at any time, free of charge.
Delete in the app (fastest)
- TowMile and TowMile Driver: open the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account, and confirm. Your account and personal data are permanently deleted.
- NadTech Driver: in-app self-service deletion is being added; in the meantime, request deletion by email (below) and we will process it.
Request deletion by email
Email support@expressservicesgroup.com from the phone number or email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” Tell us which app. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile and the personal data tied to it, including:
- Your name and phone number;
- Your location data and location history;
- Photos and documents you uploaded (vehicle photos, proof-of-delivery, bills of lading, receipts);
- Your service requests or job/load history associated with your account.
What we may keep, and why
We may retain a limited set of records when the law requires it or to resolve disputes and prevent fraud — for example, transaction, invoice, and completed-load records needed for tax, accounting, or legal compliance. We keep these only for the period required by law and then delete them, and we disassociate them from your profile where feasible.
Timeframe
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days of verification. We will confirm by email when your data has been deleted.
