Data & analytics services

Most businesses do not have a data problem; they have a “the data is in six places and nobody trusts the spreadsheet” problem. We connect the sources, make one set of numbers everyone agrees on, and put it on a screen that updates itself.

What we build

  • Executive dashboardsRevenue, margin, cash, pipeline, utilization — live, on any device, with drill-down to the transaction. Built in your BI tool or as a custom web app.
  • Data pipelines (ETL)Scheduled, monitored jobs that pull from your accounting system, CRM, e-commerce platform, bank feeds and APIs into one warehouse.
  • Automated reportingThe weekly report that takes someone half a day, generated and emailed at 7 a.m. Monday with zero hands.
  • Reconciliation & auditMatch invoices to payments, statements to ledgers, loads to settlements — and flag what does not add up.
  • Practical machine learningForecasting, categorization, anomaly detection and document extraction where a model beats a rule. We say no when a rule is enough.
  • Data quality & modelingOne customer record, one product list, one chart of accounts. The unglamorous work that makes every report right.

Built for real operations. Inside NadTech Suite we built automatic transaction categorization from bank feeds, partner profit-split reporting, tax projection calculators, a bookkeeping audit that reconciles receivables against invoices, and marketplace integrations that turn eBay sales, fees and refunds into clean ledger entries every night. The same techniques apply to any business with more than one system of record.

How a project runs

  1. Questions first. We start with the five decisions you make every week and the numbers you wish you had for them — not with a tool.
  2. Connect and model. Source systems connected, definitions agreed (“what counts as revenue?”), a warehouse or database set up.
  3. Dashboards and reports. First version in two to three weeks, then refined with the people who use it.
  4. Keep it true. Monitoring on every pipeline and a monthly check that the numbers still reconcile to the source.

Frequently asked questions

Which BI tool do you use?

Whatever you already pay for — Looker Studio, Power BI, Metabase or Tableau — or a custom Next.js dashboard when the layout or access control needs to be exact. The tool matters less than the data model behind it.

Our data is messy. Is that a problem?

It is the normal starting point. Cleaning and modeling is usually half the project, and it is the half that makes the dashboards trustworthy.

Do we need a data warehouse?

Not always. For many small businesses a single PostgreSQL database with scheduled imports is enough and costs almost nothing to run. We scale up only when volume or concurrency requires it.

Can you connect to QuickBooks, Shopify, eBay, Stripe or our bank?

Yes. We have built integrations with all of these and with logistics, dispatch and payroll systems. If a system has an API or an export, we can get the data out on a schedule.
